Shipping & Processing Policy

Thank you for choosing us! Because every item we sell is custom-made to order, our shipping process differs slightly from "off-the-shelf" retailers. Please review our timelines below:

1. Production & Processing Time

Since we craft your items specifically for you, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your order to be processed, manufactured, and prepared for shipment.

• Business Days: Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

• The Clock Starts: Processing begins the first business day after your order is placed.

2. Shipment & Tracking

Once your item has finished production and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

• Standard Transit: After leaving our warehouse, delivery times depend on your location and the carrier.

• Tracking Updates: Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status once the label is created.
