1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from Social Degenerates, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Nature

All Social Degenerates apparel is custom-made to order.

• Production Window: Please allow 5–7 business days for your items to be handcrafted and leave our warehouse.

• No "Ready-to-Ship": Unless specifically stated as a "Ready-to-Ship" drop, your order is created specifically for you after your payment is processed.

3. Intellectual Property

All artwork, logos, and clothing designs (including "Social Degenerates" branding) are the exclusive property of Aimee Baisley and Social Degenerates.

• Prohibited Use: Any unauthorized reproduction, "bootlegging," or resale of our designs as original work is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under New York State law.

4. Sizing & Product Accuracy

• Sizing: Because items are custom-made, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please refer to our size charts before completing your purchase.

• Color Variation: Please note that screen resolutions vary; the physical color of the garment or print may differ slightly from what you see on your monitor.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Once an order has left our warehouse and a tracking number has been provided, the risk of loss passes to the customer. Social Degenerates is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged by the carrier.

6. Conduct & Refusal of Service

Social Degenerates was built on community. We reserve the right to cancel orders or ban users who engage in:

• Use of automated "bots" to bypass purchase limits.

• Harassment of staff or other community members.

• Fraudulent chargeback claims.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in the appropriate courts within the state.
